Our menu at ad-lib changes often. We source from local small farms and ranches we also only use seafood that is sustainable and is approved by the Monterey Bay Aquarium seafood watch Best choice or Good alternative list. We generally have 4-7 starters, 4-6 entrees, and 3-4 desserts. We also offer a Chef’s spontaneous 4 course tasting menu. Our price points range from 5-9 dollars for starters, 14-24 dollars for entrées and 6 dollars for desserts. Sample menus often can be found by linking to our Facebook page. We are vegetarian friendly, and can easily accommodate gluten free diets or any allergy on request.
At ad-lib we are focused on using small obscure labels that highlight the winemaker’s artistic abilities. All of our wine is food friendly and sourced specifically for the current season to pair effortlessly with our food. Most of our offerings are available by the glass, and are priced less than 40 dollars bottle price and 6-10 dollars glass pour price. Due to our wines obscurity we encourage you to taste a few at the table if unsure, sort of like the 31 flavors concept for adults.
I am on a never ending quest to source the highest quality ingredients available, whether it’s an heirloom tomato from Peppers farm, a lamb chop from Pinn-Oak farm a cipollini onion from Tempel farms organics or even a white truffle from Alba Italy, my primary purpose is to exceed your expectations and offer you a unparalleled dining experience.
